Craig Campbell
Mr. Campbell is a co-founder and a manager of GeoTek. He served as the Chairman of the Board from 2004 to 2007. Mr. Campbell graduated from the University of Texas in 1972 with a BBA in Finance. Mr. Campbell has been employed with Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith, Inc. since 1977. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of COM Aquatic Center, and is also a co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Ortloff Engineers, Ltd. and a co-founder and Director of Trace Engines L.P.

Bill Rutter
Mr. Rutter is a co-founder and manager of GeoTek. He has been an owner and principal of Rutter and Wilbanks Corporation, an oil and gas exploration and production company headquartered in Midland, Texas, since 1981. He graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a BA degree in Plan II in 1975.

Glenn Lovelace
Mr. Lovelace is a co-founder and a manager of GeoTek. In addition to serving as a manager of GeoTek, Mr. Lovelace has served as Chief Executive Officer of Penasco Valley Telecom, Artesia, New Mexico, since November 2006. Mr. Lovelace is a director of Red Horse Wireless, Inc. and has served as an advisor to BoardQ, Build Forge, Inc., and the University of Texas Center for Electromechanics. He was a member of the Central Texas selection committee for the Texas Emerging Technology Fund. Mr. Lovelace earned an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Don Tyler
Don Tyler is the Chairman of the Board for GeoTek. He has been a manager of GeoTek since May 2009. Mr. Tyler is an employee of Ortloff Engineers, Ltd. in Midland, Texas and serves as the Manager of Engineering Services. Mr. Tyler graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Gary Ring
Gary Ring has been a manager of GeoTek since 2007. Gary Ring is an Engineering Advisor for Blade Energy Partners in Frisco, Texas. He has a BSME from UT Arlington, an MBA from the University of Dallas and over 38 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, business management, project management for research and construction projects. He has been involved with manufacturing QA/QC, material science research, economic analysis and strategic business planning. Twenty-two years of this time was spent at Mobil E&P Research. Gary has authored numerous archival papers and holds two patents.
